All units are Air Condition and include Cable with color TV.  All small efficiencies have 1 double bed, kitchen area with stove and microwave and full size refrigerator. All one bedroom units have private bedrooms with queen beds and separate living/kitchen area.  Kitchens are full service and stocked with cooking utensils.  All rates are based on two people per unit an extra cost of $5.00 per day will apply for each additional person.  There is an extra $50.00 per week cost for the month of February.

In Season reservations for less than one month will only be accepted 30 days prior.  Discounts are offered for two or more months stay. Deposits to hold rooms are non-refunable.  We have also added phone service in the rooms with wake up, and messaging features local calls are 25 cents per call or $10 per week unlimited local calls or $25 per month unlimited local calls. There is no charge for incoming calls.  Street parking passes are provided free of charge with a returnable security deposit.
