All units are Air Conditioned and include Cable with color TV. All small studio's have 1 Queen bed, kitchen area with stove and microwave and full size refrigerator. All one bedroom units have private bedrooms with queen beds and separate living/kitchen area. Kitchens are full service and stocked with cooking utensils. All rates are based on two people per unit an extra cost of $5.00 per day will apply for each additional person. There is an extra $50.00 per week cost for the month of February.
Discounts are offered for two or more months stay. Deposits to hold rooms are non-refunable. We also provide free local calls. Parking-we have limited parking spots assigned for a nominal fee. Street parking passes are provided free of charge with a returnable security deposit.
